  • well that is what i wondered too since "go pee on a stick" seems to be everyone's favorite term lol
  • and yet no one is an "expert" , and everyone should consult with their Dr. before starting any weight loss plan. Correct? Yep. So what was your point again? Blunt....so it is ok to tell people to lose weight in blunt terms? Or would that be rude? Hmmm BTW....the part of my quote you pulled was in reference to people saying…
  • Like I said....not everyone reads all of the threads. So how can you expect people to just know that someone may be troll or something? It seemed like a legit question. Besides, wouldn't it be best to just ignore the "troll" person than to follow them around the forums giving them the attention they seek? No? It is easier…
  • well that does explain some of the rude/*****iness I guess. Some of us don't follow all of the threads. So some of us may have thought some of you were being extremely insensitive if this was a real question. Is it? Hmmm....i can see a situation where a scared young person may reach out for advice if she thought she may be…
  • Yep! My kids even like these. The ranch ones are the bomb! Our fave.
  • I had increased my calorie intake based on my BMI and TDEE. My calories are set at 1800. I usually get around 1600-1700 per day. I am losing too! It is crazy but it is true.
  • Those are some of the symptoms I experienced as well. My Dr.'s were forever putting me on anti depressants to try to control it. I read the links here and talked with my dr. and I am finally doing something different that seems to be working for me :) It is a really great feeling!
  • Hi! That is why I joined too. I only just started losing weight. I started on cytomel at the end of April. I had been on just levothyroxine for 18 years. That is a long time to be on just one med. With steady weight gain over the years, I just always felt blah. I can't say yet if I feel tons better, but losing weight is a…
  • Hi! I started on cytomel as well at the end of April. I am losing pounds now! It feels great to finally see that scale move! I lost 4lbs in this last week! It just started melting off. Which is about time because I have been working my butt off for months with very little to no results. So it is a huge motivation. I…
  • Yeah I think she wants to do that....she wants me to go see a gastroenterologist...yuck.
  • I was on Mirena for a couple of years....hated it! Yes,I had PMS symptoms each month too. I had it taken out. Too many bad side effects for me, and they continued for awhile after too.
  • lol that is just what i was thinking
  • daydreams406 I am adding some of you if that is ok. I wasn't following many. I don't post anything of great importance so if you add me and decide to get rid of me thats ok lol.
  • I don't think you were mean at all. It sounded to the point and not snippy or rude at all. you made your point and hopefully she got it.
  • I don't much like it myself. Especially when it feels difficult lol. But I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I am not liking level 2 much so it makes it hard for me to want to do it. But when I first started, I started out with walking. I walked to pick up my daughter from school, the kids and I would walk to the…
  • I buy 2% for the little kids, and Almond milk for myself and my oldest son. We are both lactose intolerant, and he is also allergic to soy. Plus it taste great! The little kids love the sweetened vanilla almond milk too.
  • well I am still going today :) So I guess it is definitely giving me more energy. I did my work out, and now i am cleaning house and doing laundry. I normally would have taken a nap by now. Yes, I have been watching my diet/ calories for two months now and exercising 5-6 days a week. I was majorly frustrated because the…
  • ok, I don't really like level 2. I am only on day 3 of it, and I have 7 more days to go on it. Uggg! I swear I feel like it is getting harder with each day instead of more doable. Probably not, but that is how today feels.
  • Bothered mine at first then discovered it was my shoes! No problems now. Knees are feeling much better.
  • Yep! I see more tone in your abs. Great work!
  • Holy wow!!......WOW! Amazing! Great job! I hope you win!
  • I did L2D1 today. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I stayed half and half with anita and whats her name. lol There is a lot of plank work in level two, but thank goodness for all the pushups and crunches in level 1! I am stronger and can actually participate in the plank work. I had to stop and rest during…
  • nevermind...she had the wrong results on the T3, that was a 3.4 But she gave me a script for cytomel :) Yay i get to try something different!
  • OK shredders...I am leaving level 1 and moving on to level 2!!! I finished D10L1 today! I am a little apprehensive about going on to level two. It sounds horrid. So see you guys in level 2!
  • You find something else to fulfill you. Find something that sparks your interest, something that feels worth while. Food is definitely not emotional fulfillment for me. There is no food in the world that feels better than my husband telling me he loves me, or my children telling me they love me...or the memories we make…
  • I finished L1D9 today, and only have one more day on level 1!! Level 2....here I come!!!
  • ground beef (you can use ground turkey too) chopped onion tomato sauce rice salt pepper garlic salt you just brown the meat with the onion, add the spices, and the tomato sauce and stuff the peppers. You can put some of the sauce over the peppers as well. Instead of rice you could substitute quinoa
  • Just microwave it with brown sugar, butter, and nutmeg. Yum.
  • Did L1D7! My knee is sore but I still did it!
