Did L1D6 today. It was tough. I am not feeling 100% so I didn't have the endurance that I should. Sciatic acting up off and on, and now my freakin knee hurts. I think it was those dang side lunges. I hate those. But on a side note...i am a master at doing squats! lol have been doing them for so long, I do not even get sore…

I just got the MioEnergy in Black Cherry. I have only had it once...and I have the Crystal Light Energy in Wild Strawberry. I am trying that now. I think I prefer the Crystal Light. I will only drink it once per day though for the energy.

L1D5 complete. i had more endurance today. Also did 40 minutes of pilates. It helped my sciatic...it was super sore yesterday, but better today but not gone.

L1D4 today. I did not do it yesterday. My body told me to rest so I did. I slept most of the day! I did it today along with some yoga and pilates. My sciatic is bothering me :(

what if your not seeing any loss on the tape measure either? I have been strength training for the entire time...my muscles have been so freakin sore I could hardly move, and they still get sore, just not as bad. What then?

yep, trust me, you will want a good seat! All the rest is irrelevant to me. I don't bike professionally so I really could care less about all the other stuff. I would never spend 300 + on a bike. We have months and months we wouldn't even be able to ride the bike (winter). So no way.

Did D2L1. It was great! I feel really good. My arms are a bit sore, but I worked the soreness out of my thighs :) If it is raining tomorrow I will probably go on to do day 3 instead of cardio.

That is a great suggestion! Thank you! I have issues with the pushups...my arms are not strong enough, and I have small wrists so the weight hurts them. I will be giving that a try! :smile:
