Day 31!! but did day 31 lev 1 for a change. I am sooooo much fitter but its still not easy. I love the new body I'm getting, I tried taking some pics but they aren't relaying the changes I'm seeing. Has anyone else found that? I feel a lot firmer all over.

Why were they banned? How ridiculous! Seems crazy in 2012 that people would be not allowed to talk about their sexuality although sexuality should never define someone or be all they have.

Can I ask why you need to section yourself away? Safe from whom exactly? I just think people are people and should be able to chat to anyone regardless of sexuality, gender or anything like that.

Day 9 Lev 3 done! My Ripped DVD still hasn't come! :( It's showing dispatched but says it could take till end of Nov to come! So going to keep shredding till it does.

I think I'm eating enough. I usually eat all if not most of my exercise calories. The past few days I haven't though because I wanted to see if that shifted anything but it doesn't seem to have done anything.

Day 8 Lev 3 done! Didn't really sweat at all today very strange! Normally I am gasping and drenched by the end!

I'm still here!! :) Day 7 Level 3 done!! TOM so feel all bloated but still forced myself to shred. Not missed a day yet so doing the full 30 days is looking game on now!

Day 6 Lev 3 done! Will no doubt keep shredding till my Ripped DVD comes, I'm assuming it will come after the shred finishes. We are doing so well girls!!

Forgot to say yesterday I did Day 4 and today day 5 of level 3! so on Day 26 now of Shredding! I was struggling a bit today but I do find half way through the 10 days of each level I start to get tired. Only 5 days left (actually I think its more of a 31 day Shred this!)

I'm in a group doing 30DS at the moment. I think Level 1: was peoples knees that hurt, mine were especially bad! Level 2: They seemed to have problems with their backs in this round Level 3: This is hard on arms and hands!! I also can't lift the weight in plank, my hands get so bruised. But generally those are the problems…

Can I ask the group has anyone else hit a wall with their weight loss and inch loss? I haven't lost anything for ages and I thought I would be losing inches but nothing. If anything my tummy seems more wobbly and jelly like now!

I hated level 2 too. I don't know why, because everyone else seemed to love it but I prefer level 3 although its a killer on the arms and hands!

Me - I'm Dyspraxic so sometimes I struggle with co-ordinating quickly. I've never been able to do an aerobics class in a gym because I can never follow whats going on. I'm surprised by how much I can follow on 30DS but thats not to say I don't struggle and I found Level 2 really hard. Level 3 is kind of easier for me.…

(Day 22) Day 3 Level 3! My hands are still killing me so I had to modify the move where you are in plank and lift the weight then leg. That hurts so much!! I think I prefer level 3 to level 2. Don't really find it harder just different

(day 21) Day 1 Lev 3 Hard on the arms and hands this level. There is that exercise where you are in plank and have to lift the weight and then the leg -murder on my hands, they are soooo bruised!! Any ideas on what to do about that?

I am going to do Level 3 today so I may well have died by the time you read this... But has anyone else noticed that Jillian has bingo wings when she lifts up the weights?? They swing and I noticed them in Level 1 but thought I was imagining it. Very depressing, if she has them what hope have I got??

It's a really good workout, I am half way through. Take some before and after pics for your own reference and also measurements as you will lose inches even when you're not losing lbs!

(day 18) Day 8 lev 2 done! I wasn't feeling great yesterday but I still did the shred today although I can't say it was easy. Maybe we are supposed to take breaks but I'm scared if I do I won't get back into it. Weigh loss has stalled and so has inch loss :(

(day 17) Day 7 Lev 2 done! I have moved to heavier weights as the last ones I had weren't doing it any more. Am going to peek at level 3 later!

You should drink it right after a meal, it cuts right through the fat in the food. I have drunk green tea in copious amounts for years and I haven't had any convulsions or any bad side effects other than it can stain your teeth a bit. Drink it how you like.

Yes I do and also when I'm ovulating too (which for me is 2 weeks after TOM). Its a rise in homones that causes it and its awful isn't it! But it does go the week after! xx
