I can't 'exercise' like I used to because I'm recovering from a herniated disc but I've read about Callanetics and want to give it a go. Is anyone else doing this and can give me any tips?

I'm thinking of going vegetarian
I want to at least try a month of being a veggie. I also want to give wheat a miss because it makes me feel like crap, itchy, tired and bloated. Can any vegetarians give me any tips? Will I feel any different? I don't want to go hungry either so what can I eat that will fill me up

Is it true if you don't work out it all turns to flab so soo
I can't workout at the moment because I have got a deep root trapped nerve. My Physio strapped me up and won't touch it for now. Stupid question time -Stones and lbs
I started this at 10.1 stone. I am in Uk so we tend to measure in stones. There are 14 lbs in a stone. So currently measuring at 9 stone 8lbs. Which I work out to be 134lbs But when I put it in an online calculator it brings it out at 137 lbs. How? What am I missing?

Empty stomach for workouts or not?
I started doing my exercise on an empty stomach and then read we should eat carbs before. So I have a couple of oatcakes before I exercise and a protein shake after Then I read we should exercise on an empty stomach or I won't lose weight and my weight has stalled. Which is right? I'm confused!!

What is the optimum Carb/Protein/Fat ratio
I am losing weight (a stone to go) and toning up. I am 5ft 6 and currently 135lbs. What is the optimum % of carbs/protein and fat to help me get there? I try and eat as clean as possible but seem to go over sometimes on my fats and carbs.

Seem to keep going over on carbs
Aside from last night when we had Fajitas I have been steering clear of bread etc because it makes me bloated and tired but I find carbs are in so many things and I keep going over on them. Can anyone have a peek at my diary and tell me is this going to stall me?
