I am interested in starting this at home as soon as I get the all clear for my slipped disc.
I don't have gym membership and want to do this from home.
Is anyone else doing it from home and what equipment did you have?
Also how did you supplement the exercises that require gym equipment?
I will just have weights/dumbbells

I am, I've just got dumbbells too, I kinda just fudge the exercises at best as I can to get the same movements/resistance using my weights - eg. for the cable pulls/rows I just lifts my weights in the same pattern.
I'm on week 2 and do feel better for it - for me it has been a nice introduction to weight lifitng - I've never done that before! I can't afford a gym membership so this was my only alternative for the time being.

Thats what I will have to do. Are there many exercises you have to supplement? I don't like weight rooms at gyms (I feel intimidated) and I prefer to workout at home anyway.
Are you doing the diet plan too?
Have you noticed any changes yet?

The main problem has been the leg days, the rest have been really easy to cheat! I watch the videos to check movements, they're a big help.
I'm not following the diet plans as such - I'm not terribly keen on suplimentation, but I am trying to eat as clean as possible (which I think is a good general aim!). Definately gained a lot of strength in my arms, I can see the difference in my push-up/plank work, and my back is improving too. As there is no cardio for the first level it's a great starting point, I do admit I am doing other exercise around it too (mild circuit training/crunches/yoga as and when)
