KeepMovinStrong, I just did the 10 weeks of Alpha and Beta. I followed the nutrition plan also, which is key and I drank Shakeology daily for breakfast. WTG Maryjane_88!! I wanted to check back in to let you guys know that I completed T25 :) I lost a total of 12.2lb and 8 1/2". I am feeling amazing :happy: Here are my results:

I wanted to give an update. I will be starting T25 on Feb 3rd along side training for my half marathon. Way to go everyone that started Monday 27th!

I'm also on day 11 of T25. Completed cardio today. After the first week I was feeling great, it has just been these last two days that I have been making bad food choices. You guys are right, I'm putting so such pressure on this one half marathon. I am going to train as planned but to take the pressure off I'm going to look for another half marathon for after May. This way I can plan a PR for then :)

Just an update. I ran 11 miles and walked 2 miles last Saturday morning :) Apart from my knees hurting from mile 8-9 onwards it feels great to have ran that far :) Again, thank you all so much for your advice.
