Well I was once robbed at gun point but never beat. Nothing made me feel better and I actually was scared of parking lots for a while. But it might have alot to do with him being a man too.... no one likes to get "beat up" especially a man...... His pride might be kind of hurt..... so lots of love and sex isn't really out…

OMG! YES I know exactly how you feel. South Louisiana..... home of everything fried, stews, gumbos, jambalya, etouffees. Just like you said get togethers are never healthly unless we eating boiled shrimp or crawfish which has sooooo much sodium, its crazy. I am going strong for now but its hard. And suggesting brown rice…

Thanks. I will check into some protein powders. Smoothie King has a new Lean one.... Its about $50 for a 2-4 week supply. I am going to compare their's to some cheaper brands.
