  • I agree. Losing weight is 15% exercise and 85% diet. You HAVE to eat less calories than what it takes to maintain your body... deficit of 3500 calories is the loss of a 1 pound. Don't be fooled by the "muscle burns more calories" way of exercising to lose weight.
  • Yes I've noticed the same problem... people probably don't realize the mistakes. Anyway I have just entered the food myself with a code that I myself will recognize so I know the numbers are mine... and I try to stick to the mostly the same foods and I let the system "remember" those foods for me! :)
