Hoping to do better this week. My goals for the month were 5 glasses of water, get to bed by 10:30, and to get to the gym at least 4 times. I was able to accomplish the goal of water for 4 days, I only went to the gym 3 times, and I never did get to bed before 10:30. :( Hopefully I will do better this next week.

I agree with you. I studied abroad in England and I was surprised at how many guys wanted to dance with my friends and I because of our 'hot' accents. For the most part we liked talking to them too because of their cool accents. :)

Just like what other people said, pace yourself. I try to jog if I can, I tell myself- "jog up to that next tree" then I don't stop until I get to that tree then I walk until I think I can run again. 5k's are for the most part for fun, for a good cause, so just do your best- push yourself a little harder than you think you…
