Hi! I am 4'11.5" and started out at 181lb in early October 2011. I am currently at 155lb and loving it. I am working towards a lean, toned and muscle ridden 125. Good Luck to everyone in the coming year may all your challenges have succesful endings.

I am an everyday morning person, if i forget i don't get on the scale until the next morning. I think consistency is the key really!
