    Thank you! I do mostly MMA - lots of boxing, Muay Thai and other martial arts, also I love to do circuit strength training. I'm not much of a "traditional" gym person :)

    I am with you there on not being a traditional gym person. Love Kickboxing, kenpo and crossfit style circuit. Hate machines! so boring! Besides I really think when you are doing those kind of workouts when you lose you look so much more tone! You look awesome! Can't wait!
