Is it Paleo if you wrap sugar cubes in bacon?

www.foodgawker.com Look up category you want to eat, select 'last week' and 'most favourite' then pick a recipe. That's what I do, though I don't avoid added sugar, because that's just silly. I avoid soy, (most) nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and a few other things due to food sensitivities that make me very sick.

^ This. ETA: It is often highly recommended you aim to lose 0.05% of your body weight every week. If you do some research, you will find this to be true. If you are currently 300 lbs, and your goal is 200 lbs, you should be aiming to complete this in February, 2017. Going any faster than 0.1% of your body weight per week,…

I'll just put this here: If you do a quick Google Scholar search, you'll come up with over 100 different studies on how beneficial stretching is for you. You'll also come up with over 100 different studies on how beneficial it is how recovering from injury. However, if you stretch, you dramatically reduce the likeliness of…

Lupin beans. Seriously. Cooked, they contain nearly as much protein as they do carbs. Per 100g, you get 40g of carbs, 10g of fat, and a whopping 36g of protein!!! Just eating 1 cup of them a day will more than double your current protein intake!

Tim Horton's Dark Roast, if it's available. Otherwise, I would stop wasting my money on restaurant/cafe coffee and start brewing my own at home. Get a programmable kettle, set it to 80-90C, boil water. Get a French Press or Aeropress (Areopresses are better, IMO). Buy the beans whole, in 1 lb bags (so the beans stay…

And how does blowing steam on a public online forum going to help your situation at all? Stop complaining, start doing. If you're not going to do anything about it, you have no right to complain.

Aren't those thing, like, $700+ and are made for track or time trails? Very specialized equipment. I'll second the goggles idea, though a pair of sport sunglasses with rubber grips and a snug fit would work just fine.

Go to a reputable bicycle store and purchase some shades designed specifically for road racing. The end of the legs will be rubberized and it will grip your head, making it so they don't slide down. The nose should also be rubberized to have the same effect. Also, while cycling, put your helmet on first, do up the…

0.9kg = 2 lbs. You do realize your weight can fluctuate by over 5 lbs in one day, right? I wouldn't be concerned about this. Also, you weighed yourself AFTER doing exercise. This will make your weight fluctuate even more. If you want consistent reading on your weight, you should weigh yourself first thing in the morning,…

Just keep in mind: The calories on nutritional labels is never accurate. If you hit your macros perfectly, your calories will be off. If you want to focus on your macros, don't even think about your calories. If you're hitting your macros, your calories will be right as well, even if they show up wrong. The amount of…

Baldness, on both men and women, if pulled off right, can be very attractive.

I forgot to mention: VERY IMPORTANT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: If you have an older HRM (this may be true for newer models as well) you MUST ensure they there is a good, wet contact between your body and the electrodes monitoring your heart. For quite a long time, I wasn't ensuring the strap is thoroughly soaked and I constantly…

When you actually hit your Max HR, you will begin to feel light headed and you'll start to see stars. You may also end up vomiting. Also, you'll use your glycogen stores so quickly, within 15 minutes, you'll "hit the wall" and it will be almost impossible to continue working out. If you haven't experienced these effects,…
