Maybe your body is used to your routine? Try calorie zigzagging? (Consume little more calories one day, and reduce it another day, but keep the weekly aggregate same as before). I know these: 30 day shred: total time - 30 days, routine changes once in 10 days. ripped in 30: total time - 30 days, routine changes weekly P90X: total 3 months: everyday it targets different part of the body and overall routine changes weekly. Maybe someone else knows 14 day workouts

You can try tandoori roti(you can ask for a garlic tandoori roti) which is made of wheat flour, naan is made of maida(which is a lot higher in calories).
