  • There's no such thing as a stupid question. The daily total is 70 so your total must only add up to be 70 therefore it's 35 per leg. Happy Squatting!!!

  • We have triple threat. Way to work hun. Doing this in addition to the 30 day shred. You feel the squats waayyy more when you pair it with some form of cardio.

  • Yes you can break them into groups if you wish, depends on how much of a challenge you want really, as long s you complete the daily total required. And since it's quite a bit of squats weights aren't necessary unless you want a double challenge. lol :devil:
