My Dad used to shop at a local market that would sell you an uncooked "kit" for say a burger and fries. Uncooked = you can use food stamps. Then you could walk over to the counter and they'd cook it for free.

I belive that there is less access to healthy foods in high poverty areas because of supply and demand. If the people don't want it /ask for it/ buy it, no one's going to carry it. I know there are all kinds of studies and myths and opinions but cardio and weight lifting together is what has worked for me. I tried just diet and cardio and just diet and weights and it wasn't until I started doing all 3 that I started seeing any results.

I get MaxPro chocolate from Max Muscle. It's the only one I've ever tried that I actually enjoy. Unfortunately, everyone's tastebuds are different in this arena. I would suggest going to a couple of different stores and asking for free samples. They're always willing to accomodate.

I tried this... I seriously put Tapatio on everything!! I never could find anything that really satisfied me though. We even tried to make our own horseradish a couple of times. I ended up deciding that a tsp a day or week of hot sauce isn't going to kill me.
