5'3" SW 250 pants 18 (way too tight) tops XXL CW 205 pants 16 tops XL (I bought a L top for the first time in years last week as a goal and it fit just fine. Holy moley) GW I'll let you know when I get there. The smallest size I've ever worn was a 12 (when I was 12...) so that's my goal right now.

Definitely! I fill my meals up every morning and pack my lunch (dinner) box full up to my calorie goal. That way I know I won't accidentally start snacking on french fries, or (my big problem) just not eat at all.

I did the same thing! I didn't get an exercise result, but I logged it anyway. I may not be thinner or more fit afterward, but I definitely feel better about my body. That should definitely count for something!

I completely feel your pain! I work 3pm to 1am and have to wake myself up early to have breakfast, eat lunch an hour later, snack throughout my work shift, then have dinner right before bed. I don't knkw how your work schedule works, but I'm trying to find low-maintenance meals I can take to work instead of having to wait…
