Bad, bad, bad week! I am officially back on track as of an hour ago. It is going to be okay, I have to just keep trucking away! Hope everybody is having a great week!

Where or where has this group gone?? I have been having an awful week, have to get back on it starting right now!!!

Okay, so this is not AF itself and I really think I should have one of those before we really try because I have heard that you need to wait awhile.
-
Erica, I haven't AF for six years but I am pretty sure I ovulated the whole time I was on it. I am spotting a little more today so maybe this is the beginning. I would have thought after all this time the blood would have been very very brown or red not light pink. HMmmm!

Sorry if too much info! Does anybody know if it is normal not to bleed after an Mirena IUD is removed?I spotted one tiny pencil eraser light pink spot yesterday and it was been three days since the stupid thing came out. I have a feeling my cycles are going to be completely messed up for a long time.

With baby #1 I had some bleeding and some clotting between 5 and 6 weeks of pregnancy, that baby is now a mouthy super wonderful 15 year old. I know it is very hard but worrying isn't going to help. HUGS!!! :flowerforyou:

Heather, I am also sorry for your loss! :flowerforyou: My IUD is out and talk about interesting. I have been hurting down there for four months with breast tenderness, cramping and general all over icky feeling. I went to the nurse two weeks ago and they checked it and told me everything was fine, but I had serious doubts.…

I was suppose to get up at 6 am but instead woke up at 4 and couldn't go back to sleep. I am doing laundry, did sit-ups and a plank (yeah, just one  ) and am just doing odds and ends around here. Today I go to work for my scheduled 5 hours except I am getting off early because I was suppose to take dh to the doctor…

KCurtis -Yeah for AF! Pam-thanks for the warning about waiting until the first cycle, I agree I read about the chance of miscarriage being higher after the IUD is first removed. I got pregnant with dd #1 the day after I stopped the birth control pills. I was sick and thinking I can't be pregnant already and yep I was.…

After looking for hours tonight I can't find any info on birth defects after the IUD, could you please share with me where you got this info?? Also does anybody know anything about taking a baby aspririn while TTCing to help with fertility? I have been reading about that tonight aso. Thanks!

Went for a 86 minute hike today, 5 mile, 2.5 miles up hill and then back down. Burnt 747calories. It was amazing when it was over! I know I didn't make the challenge but will post the numbers later tonight. Have a great week-end everyone! :flowerforyou:

Pam- Congratulations on being at your lowest weight so far, that is awesome!!! I just got back from a 5 mile hike, 85 minutes, 746 calories burnt, it was uphill for 2.5 miles and then downhill. It was great - when it was all over! I am serious thinking about seeing if I can get my IUD out this week, I have been…

Thanks for the warm welcomes! :flowerforyou: Just some background info on me - I started MFP at 180 on December 28, 2008. I have managed to only lose and keep off 18.5 pounds and have given up several times but always come back. I would love to lose 5 more pounds this month before we start TTC. I have logging my calories…

Another 2 miles today - I have to do all mine walking or jogging as I have no access to a bike.

Hello, I joined this group when it first started up but then dh was really undecided, LOL! Well last night he told me that he is ready to try again. I have an appt on December 1st to have my IUD removed. I can go in next week if I decide to have it removed but we really want a fall baby. I tend to get pregnant very easy…
-
This is what I am doing this time also. I have really tried this two other times and both times failed because my calories were too low, I was starving and I gave up.
-
Oh heck, it takes a lot more than that to offend me! I just wanted to let you all know I am still around and still trucking on! :flowerforyou:

Yesterday was the hardest day, surprised me since it was day #5 but I woke up with a headache and had the sugar cravings. Then I realized I hadn't drank enough water that morning and that really really helped. Have a great Thursday everyone!
