Excessive Belly Fat
I have lost 24 pounds and feel good with that number; I have 24 more pounds to go. However, my belly is huge. Craving water?
It seems the more water I drink the more water I want. I drink about 120 oz a day and am floating in water and still want more. I am not sure if this is related to sodium or what. Does anybody else seem like they can't get enough water to drink?

Exactly how does fat burn and from where?
So I am at the gym sweating like a pig on the treadmill, elliptical or stair climber burning calories and my heart rate is at a good percentage. My quesion is where is that fat being burn off from. I know I am losing, but do you slowly lose from all over or how does the whole fat go away thing work??

The gym membership here is $30 per month. I used to pay that amount for water aerobic and that was a set schedule, not at the gym, the gym doesn' t have a pool. My 5k results
:smile: I ran / walk the 5K today and my time was 35 minutes 29 seconds. I came in 6th in my division. I have came a long ways.....
On January 1st, I rode my dual exercise bike for 7 minutes. Today, 10 weeks later, I rode for an hour and burnt 633 calories on my HRM!!!! My goal was to burn 500 caloires, but I just keep going! :smile:

January was a great start!

Same thing every day?
I am sure this has been asked a million times before but I am having trouble finding it. Every morning for the last two weeks I have rode my exercise bike and then for the last 10 days or so, I have been walking. My question is, do I do this every day all week long and that is okay. A small victory!
I started with MFP two weeks ago and also started exercising. The first day I rode my exercise bike for 8 minutes. Today I rode for 25 minutes and have slowly gotten faster and faster. I rode just over 6 miles today. I feel so good, the feeling is motivating itself. :smile:
