I am seriously trying to quit drinking Coke again, I am down to three cans a day which is a huge improvement. I stopped once before but started back up again when my daughter ended up in the hospital. Do you want a No Soda Buddy?

Thanks, just found my pedometer and got it ready for in the morning. I did this about four years ago and lost 40 pounds, now sadly I am right back to where I was.

I am for the most part a SAHM, work about 9 hours a week. We have a 17 yr old, a 12 year old, an 8 year old and a 16 month old. I homeschool the 12 year old. Really need to get motivate to lose this weight.

I would like to join in, I am just getting back into exercising so I am going to set my goal for 800 minutes of walking this month. I have no idea if that will be to low or to much, but we will see. 11/05 - 5 minutes
