I am also in. I want to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year so my goal will be 10 pounds by Halloween. That would put me halfway there for the halfway time mark. I currently weigh 160. Are we going to have weekly challenges also.something to do with exercise or ?????! Thanks!

Since I started taking these vitamins, I swear my hair is growing faster than ever and I actually had to trim my nails for the first time ever the other day. :smile:

I am taking just a regular vitamin for active women but I made sure the folic and iron were good. I am also taking a calcium supplement.

The Formula 303's (that I suggested earlier) main ingredient is the valerian root. :smile:

My MIL works for a chiropractor and massage place and they sell these pills called Formula 303s. They are suppose to be natural, knocked me out cold. Of course I don't normally have a hard time sleeping! I hope you get some good sleep soon!

My friend and I went for our hour walk this morning. Burnt 393 calories in 54 minutes because there were two hills. It is so peaceful and dark :grumble: out there at 5 am. Now I need to go do my sit-ups and crunches and some basic moves with our weight machine. I really have no idea what to do on it. :blushing:

My bf and I go walking every morning at5 am and walk for an hour. It is a great feeling to be home at 6 am and know that the exercise for the day is done. I love the way I feel after I exercise. Congrats on starting a walking routine. :smile:

Hi, your post reminded me of me. I have three kids, the youngest is has Rett Syndrome and is very disabled. I am a 35 year old SAHM but work 6 hours on Monday. I walked with my best friend every morning at 5 am for an hour and we have been trying to do 5ks. Not as ambitious as you but working on it. Welcome to MFP!!…

Still doing good, been wanting to eat alot these past couple of days but staying in my calories so I am happy! Still getting up at 4:30 am to go for an hour walk or walk / run. I just keep plugging away! :smile:

I have to vote for Marla, she always tells it like it is to me and even with her 9 children she has time for us. Love you Marla and the Black Team! The Black team and all the wonderful members have come to mean so much to me. I have fallen down twice for months both times and they welcomed me back with open arms.

I am not sure how long it takes to heal but I got this last year after I busted my butt on a 5K without proper shoes. I feel for you!:frown: It seems to be it took several weeks for me feet to feel better.

Sorry I am missing on here for a couple of days! The protein challenge sounds great but I usually go over my protein allotment anyway. LOL. Crazy isn't it but it does burn calories. If I really want something extra to eat I go jump rope, it burns the calories fast and by the time I am done I usually don't want whatever sounded so good in the first place.

I think it is fine, I still drink a Coke everyday and am still under my calories. I losted almost all of my weight two years ago and deprived myself of everything that I wanted. Everyday was a struggle and in the end I quit and binged day after day after day. This time I am allowing myself what I want to eat in moderation.…
