I've had a similar issue with doing Body Pump at the gym. I ended up putting it in under cardo as "strength training" I think - and I hope it's fairly accurate. Never tried it - but my solution to this is to always cook an extra serving of chicken when I do make it, so that I have it leftover in the fridge to dice up for salads and such. This also helps me use up those value packs of meat that come with SO MANY chicken breasts!
