Take a HUGE and FAVORITE Salad with you. Eat ALL of your salad before you eat pizza. Hopefully there is a veggie tray or something, limit your self on the pizza to 2 slices! YOU CAN DO IT! Pizza literally is my favorite food. It belongs in its own food group for me!

You have to get some sort of breaks right? So, go walking on your breaks. Do everything at work with Purpose. For example, if you bend over alot, try to do a squat instead each time you go to pick up something.
