I really would love to know how this works... I have seen a lot of people who eat and still lose weight.... do you follow the calorie suggestions that MFP gives you or you eat more? I dont think 500 calorie diets will ever work

well for me... week 1 i didnt follow all the rules.... it was hard when i had people over and i had to cook for them.... hoping week 2 goes better..... i am trying to make smoothies for this week....

For Februrary, I would love to drop to 135 and stay there without going up.....so I have a change to drop even more pounds...... its just so frustrating when I get on the scale and it tells me I have gained weight......

i have this same problem too sometimes but i do weight myself at the same time...... right after i wake up and shower i get on the scale ....but still everyday might be different there are days that are about the same and it makes sence but other days i have no idea whats going on with the scale
