Hi, I would love some more friends on here :) Espesh those who have an open diary, I love to get new ideas. I am 31, from Perth and I am a mum of 3 beautiful little boys.

Ok thanks, looks like I will be making some changes to my diet then! We will be starting tonight, we have to work out when the kids are in bed :) I will have to go shopping tomorrow and get the right food into my house!

Great to see that there are quite a few people that like polar, I think I am still leaning toward getting one. Has anyone used an ant+ adapter for iphone with the chest strap?
