I work shift work, but it's always the same 2 times of the day. Either @ 10:30am or 3:15pm. They are perfect imes actually, the wife and kids are usually at work and school.

I personally believe unless a doctor has told you different, sodium shouldn't deter you from eating / drinking better choices. A glass a day is no worry.

Spring green salad with whatever veggies you want, with 3oz of chopped chicken breast. For extra calorie reduction I bring lemon juice in a separate container to use as dressing. I make these in advance in glad ware and they are great for me.

Nope, but if I feel that I'm too hungry, too often, then I'll eat an extra 300 cal meal to even me out. If I can go without the meal then I will. It's a daily thing.

Virtually any "fat free" foods that are supposed to be filled with fat. Fat free sour cream? No way, it's better to find a healthy substitute that you enjoy.

Oh yeah! Mini-Wheats!! A serving is like 20 pcs! I counted them out and each one of my bowls (with skim) for breakfast was coming in at 600 cals. I was eating 3 servings without even thinking about it. Breakfast cereal has to be taken with moderation...

It's the pic that sealed the deal about my weight. I'm at my heaviest there and my clothes make me look even larger than I am. It's a grim reminder about the direction that I was heading. When I hit my goal I'll take a new one that is a bit more flattering.

I'm barely started on my journey, but when I hit 200, I intend to start weight training and maintaining the weight. Reduce the fat and gain the muscle. Maybe after I bulk on the muscle I'll go into a calorie deficit and improve my fat %. If I can be a XL with 10% body fat, I'll be my happiest. That aside, I think 200lb…

Everyone at work can tell I'm dropping weight, so I tell everyone who is willing to listen. It's more of a motivator when I tell people at work, they are watching now, waiting for my fall off the wagon. I'm not telling relatives though, I want to see their expressions when next they see me. :noway:
