I am not sure of what exact weight I was at my heaviest but I am pretty sure it was right around 300 pounds and that was about four years ago. Got it down to 209 at my lightest but rebounded to around 250 recently so going back to try and break into the 100's but only slightly haha.

In the same boat as you are, haha I actually bought a bunch of clothes towards the end of summer that I don't quite fit into but know I can only I lose some weight so it gives me drive to fit into all of it! Sent you a friend request and anyone else that wants to add me as well feel free!

Steam sale has given me many options haha. Just started Fallout 3, played New Vegas before and heard great things about 3. Also just finished up Fable 3 on Xbox, thinking of moving on to the Mass Effect trilogy.

Not at all, coffee I find is important for me when it comes to weight loss. Just make sure the sugar and cream are within your goal limits and you are fine. I usually drink my coffee black or with a little bit of a cream so the best thing you could do it keep cutting the amount of additives to it, say half cream half…

You seem to be off to a great start, dieting only gets easier the more you do it that is for sure, once you learn when and what to eat. Great work on the exercise aspect to it as well! I know what you mean, just something you have to plan around. You can do all those things but just limit yourself. In the summer I was eating oatmeal pancakes quite a bit for breakfast, quick and easy and combine both! About 1/3 of a cup of oatmeal mixed with one egg, tons of different ways to make it some people mix in bananas or different things they are pretty light and taste good, I added pure maple syrup on top just for taste.
