People who don't wipe down the machines. People who stand there and watch me while I'm using something waiting for me to finish. When the middle aged woman in the locker room gossip about others more than any high school girl I've ever met.

Eh, not a fan. I don't think he has a great writing style. And I feel like if someone can write THAT many books, they aren't dedicating enough time to them.

I've been at community college these past few years, but I visit my friends at Uconn a lot and I can understand why it's so hard to stay fit and so easy to gain weight. There's SO many choices in the dining hall and some of them look SO good. Like pizza and grilled cheese and desserts... you just have to stay away from…

Oh wow, I'm actually at about the same weight as you, and seeing how amazing you look after just three months DEFINITELY makes me feel like it's possible! :)

Inside: I'm a really good big sister, I'm a hard worker, and for the most part I think I'm kinda funny. Outside: Absolutely nothing.

Connecticut... rich, snobby, upper class, preppy white kids.

You haven't heard that eating wheat thins three times a week increases your chances of becoming obese 95%?

Thanks, everyone! You all basically said exactly what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure if I was delusional from being sick, haha.

I used that at first, but I've actually been using the cetaphil soap and the cetaphil moisturizer lately. I have tee tree oil, but I haven't put that on the breakouts yet. Maybe I'll try that next.

I can't think of what else it could be... I'm using a gentle cleanser that I used before I even used the clarisonic. I for the mia, so I'm pretty sure it came with the sensitive brush head. Yeah, I've looked it up online and most places say that's what's going on... so I guess I'll give it a few more weeks.

Do you remember how long it took for the breakouts to stop?

Also it is literally SO FILLING. I had one little piece and I wasn't even able to hit my minimum calories cause I'm still full from it!

People who nitpick the way others approach nutrition and weight loss.
-
You tell people here to stop being snarky, yet you're basically yelling at us..... Not to mention you complain that people make comments on your diary, yet you're commenting on how people eat over their calories.
-
Eh, I disagree, I've had my own personal experiences with it. I have an ED, at once point I dropped down to a few hundred calories a day and lost nothing at all and even put on a few pounds. Now I'm sure if I had continued down that path for an extended period of time, I would have ended up losing weight, but at first I…

Sometimes peoples advice doesn't work in your situation, or sometimes people are just embarrassed or don't want advice. No big deal! It's their choice :)

I close mine because I'm recovering from an eating disorder, so there are days where I eat far too few calories, and I got frustrated with people telling me to eat more.

1. Old clothes. 2. Mirrors. 3. Old pictures. 4. Other girls my age. 5. Friends.

I hate that voice.I hear it everytime I eat. The minute I put food in my mouth, it just tells me "You're such a fat***. You shouldn't be eating." I try my best to push it aside but sometimes it gets to be too much.
-
"Oh my god f*** you." "I hate you so much." "Liar."

I'm in almost the exact spot as you. Workout 5-7 days a week with 45-60 minutes of cardio, ice skating once or twice every few weeks, 20 years old, 150ish pounds, and I'm interested in lifting. So I'm definitely interested in all your responses!

We don't even get a break! I mean, it all depends on the day. Sometimes work is really dead and I have time for food, but somedays I don't even get a moment to pee. It varies. Sometimes I'm up at 10 am, other days not til 2 in the afternoon.

The only thing is that I work part time, and some nights I'm at work until midnight. So I get home, shower, go to bed, wake up late, and automatically my whole day is out of whack. Then once again, I'm up extremely late. Sometimes I don't get a proper "dinner" until 10 at night. But I'll definitely try spacing it out more!
