Tofe fudge pie.

UGH, meant to say tofu -__-

So I've had tofu sitting in my freezer forever and never knew what to do with it. Until I came across this recipe from chocolatecoveredkatie for tofu fudge pie. The picture looked amazing and it seemed easy enough to make and let me tell you, it tastes JUST like real fudge pie with a fraction of the calories. My sister came home from cheerleading and had a piece, and even came back for seconds without knowing tofu was in it. When I told her it had an entire package of it, she couldn't believe me. I definitely say give it a try.
