There are some real a-holes out there, sorry you've had your fair share. It's never easy to hear mean things but..... you already did the tough part by still loving yourself and not sinking to their level! :)

I find protein shakes/smoothies or pre baked eggs reheated are pretty easy. If you use a crock pot to make steel cut oats those re heat easy too :)

It is inspiring to read all of your weight loss success! Congrats to you all! I'm curious how long it took many of you to reach such goals. I do cardio and lifting. I took off 85lbs then put 20lbs back on and am back on the bandwagon after a set back. Thanks for the motivation :)

I add chia seed & goji berries

I just got rid of (donated) 5 trash bags full. I held on to them for almost a year but decided it was time. Feels good to let it go doesn't it? :drinker:

Ohh there are some great ideas on this! I like to cook mine in a rice cooker then let it cool. After it is cold I add feta, kalamata olives, diced red onion/tomato/cucumber with a little salt & pepper. SO good! :drinker:

If it makes you feel any better, in my early 20's I had taken off about 45lbs. I went to school, got married and gained all of it plus some back. I was so unhappy and unhealthy. I lost about 50lbs and then someone told me about MFP and I joined last fall and have taken off 41lbs to date. I fell off the clean eating band…

I think it's a matter of taste but I like arbonne essentials. They offer it in chocolate and vanilla (no sat. fat, trans fat, cholesterol or artificial color/sweeteners/flavors). I normally I prefer chocolate but I think their vanilla is much better. Its $60 for a months supply unless you get a discount/special and packs…

2 years! That's impressive

guilty & sluggish

lean meat cottage cheese beans eggs greek yogurt quinoa but if you are vegan some of those are out........ Arbonne makes a protein shake that packs 20G of vegan protein, I like the vanilla

Also, how often are you replacing shoes (and how often are you working out). Mine I've had about a year, they still look ok (vs. looking old/worn out) but don't feel as comfortable as they used to be which is why I want new ones (better support)

Hmm, I guess whatever recommendations I get on here I'll try on and see where it goes. Keep em' coming & thanks!

Thanks. I currently am not running but since my cardio lasts 45-60 minutes I like the cushioning

Sounds great, thanks for sharing

Please do no use henna dye unless that's all you ever plan to use. It coats the hair over and over so if you ever wish to strip it (for say highlights) your stylist is going to have a hard time cutting through that even with the best bleach! We had a girl in cosmetology school who used it, it was just a mess

If I had to nail it down to only 5, name brand specifics (so hard to do) I'd say: Cera ve moisturizer - it can be used on your body & face and doesn't clog pores or bother my sensative skin pink sugar perfume - smells like cotton candy and I love it define-a-lash mascara (black) - thickens my tiny lashes w/o clumping croc…

Ohh sorry to hear. If you had highlights you decolored the natural pigment which sucked up all that drugstore color pigment. Once in awhile dawn helps strip it out but it's not going to budge much (if at all), and yes it does cost a lot to have it professional stripped but its a long process and harsh on the hair too.…
