I am in need of new gym shoes. I'm not sure how often they should be replaced. I usually workout 3-5 hours a week (mostly cardio & weight machines right now). My last few pair have been new balance but I don't really have to stick to any brand. I want to invest in a nice pair with good cushioning......any ideas/advice?…
Who eats Goji Berries and how do you use them/eat them? I have some dried that I eat in greek yogurt (with granola) but haven't really used them in much else :happy:
