  • Congrats! Gives me the hope that I TOO WILL lose the excess kilos soon... I've been quite proactive with the calorie count and excersice regime for almost 4weeks now, but don't seem to be losing weight at the rate I thought I would. I have lost a little but only about 3 lbs ..is this normal?
