I have been working really hard, and I am loosing weight, but I was waiting for people to really notice. My Family and co-workers see me everyday, so I dont think they have really noticed all that much, even though I am down 13 pounds already. Today a co-worker that has been on a leaveof absense for the last 3 months came back, and the first thing she said when i saw her was:
"wow, what are you doing, you have really lost weight, you look great!" It felt so great!

    Congrats! Gives me the hope that I TOO WILL lose the excess kilos soon...

    I've been quite proactive with the calorie count and excersice regime for almost 4weeks now, but don't seem to be losing weight at the rate I thought I would. I have lost a little but only about 3 lbs ..is this normal?

    my co-workers didnt say anything until i was down 25! (my goal is to lose 40).. maybe i should have sent one away for awhile. lol. but now they are all noticing and one even called me Ms. Skinny Minny on Friday.

    yesterday 3 friends came into town. one of them who hadnt seen me in person in months stopped in the doorway and her eyes got wide
    "wow you look great!"

    i couldnt even respond it felt so good.
