  • If you have a lot to lose (if you're just starting out or are very heavy), I would say that losing 10lbs in 30 days isn't unreasonable. If you're just overweight, I agree that 5-8 lbs would be a good goal.

  • My favorite beer of the fall season is any pumpkin beer! My favorite pumpkin beer, though is Southern Tier Pumpking beer. It is soooooooooooooo delicious. It's like eating a slice of pumpkin spice bread. The only downside is that its like 300 calories PER BEER. Ridiculous... but so worth it.

  • Yup. Whenever I run, I start getting kinda burpy around mile 2. Working out causes your whole body to be active, including your GI tract. Ever hear someone say that running makes you "regular". It's true. Getting your body moving gets your bowels moving. It's healthy and normal.
