I weigh daily but now have come to expect the random weight gains.. for instance I know if I eat pasta the evening before I will have magically gained 1-3lbs lol

Boredom is my biggest downfall when it comes to food - Being bored instantly triggers the "im really hungry" thing which leads to eating for no reason.. and it is never good healthy choices either

Thanks everyone :) I am glad that i can finally see a change.. 34lbs is a lot if i actually think about it but when i compare it to what i have left to loose (103lbs) it seems like such an insignificant amount :-/ Still.. progress is progress and i feel a whole load better in myself for it! :)

The scales are definitely not our friend lol. I was in a great mood having lost another lb over the weekend...hopped on scale this morning to cheer myself up before work only for the scales to try and tell me I had gained weight! Scales have a horrible habbit of not telling you the truth lol

I have my activity level set to sedentary.. I don't log normal cleaning.. 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there etc.... but i will log if i spend a whole chunk of time doing something.. deep cleaning the kitchen for example.

I can easily go down by 20lbs before i even start to notice in my clothes.. probably around the 35lb mark before anyone else can notice. (i started at 277lbs)

I have to say that being poor does not = unhealthy eating. And i don't think anyone can ever say they are overweight because they are poor. I think the biggest noticeable difference is doing exercises which tightened my stomach up.. Think having a baby 2yrs ago ruined them lol

I do a variety of things from Wii fitness games, work out DVD's..30DS...also recently got an Air Walker and exercise bike for at home :-). Also fit walking in where I can

Thanks everyone :-) ... My advise to people starting out? Take photos! When I look in the mirror I can not see any difference at all and would be feeling disheartened at this point if I couldn't see the undeniable change in the photos :-)
