Yeah, me too, just last Sunday!! So I walk into the gym last night and guess what, girl scouts had a table selling cookies. AT 24 HOUR FITNESS. I was like, what is happening here?

That's a great idea I should clean out the kitchen again. I used to stay on top of it but lately I've just been carefree and candy happy.

I'm actually in outpatient for drinking but it's funny because they always have a ridiculous amount of goodies in the center of the group table. :blush: I think I turn to food as a stress relief or comfort. I just need to figure out how to relieve stress otherwise and comfort myself differently.…

I drink probably 3 times a week, hopeless alcoholic here. I personally drink diet cran-cherry with Skyy vodka. It's my ****. I just first off make sure I have allotted myself the calories for the binge drink session, mind you each fluid ounce of Skyy is 95 calories. Then the next day I make sure I don't let that hangover…

Not to argue, because your point is very valid. However, I set mine to 1250 a day because I DO workout and then my needed calorie intake raises. So for instance I start off only wanting to take in 1250 but burned 650 calories, I will now consume about 1900 instead. Not starving, just trying to rapidly shed about 15 lbs.

Mine is open and at first it wasn't. I have found that having an open food diary so far doesn't always help me with what I eat, but keeps me in check as far as portion control is concerned. Instead of eating 3 hostess donettes, I am more conscious about eating just one. (That was yesterday btw) That's what leaving it open…

I use applesauce in stuff when I am baking, rather than vegetable oil. Oh, and I haven't been lately but need to switch back to eggbeaters. Those are awesome. Splenda not sugar..etc

From my understanding cayenne pepper goes right through you working more as a natural laxative than anything, so if you have chronic constipation this may be useful. Clearing out your intestines will always show you to be a little lighter on the scales. Probably zero fat loss though. :)
