Spicy chicken & roasted red pepper sandwich

Honestly, I did *not* anticipate for this to be as delicious (and low in calories/sodium) as it was! I'm *definitely* going to make this again & again!


2.5 oz. Amish Valley - Boneless Skinless Breast Tenders
1.5 oz. fresh red bell pepper, roasted
1/2 oz. red onion slice

Spread (mix the following ingredients):
2 tbsp. Kraft Light Mayo
1/2 oz. Margaritaville Chipotle Garlic salsa
1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash No Salt Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
1/8 tsp. Mrs. Dash No Salt Fiesta Lime

Roast the red pepper, peel, set aside (keep it covered so it stays warm). Grill the chicken. Spread the mayo on an Arnold Select Sandwich Thin and top with the chicken, pepper & onion.
