  • I did mine on the Eliptical but then moved to the treadmill....yes sprint for 30 at 8 then move to the sides, I personally move it down to 2.5 and walk it out and then back to sprints...jump to the side lower and walk ;) You can do this!! I have Interval Trainer on my phone & it helps keep me going!

  • My scales up but I'm down in inches, scale is not my main concern ???? Cardio is phase 1 really defeats the purpose of this specific plan but we all do what works for us I'm ate at a surplus in phase 1 since my goal is muscle gain and fat loss not weight loss so I know that is why I'm puffy fat lol

  • I dont know about absorption but I went with powder (w/ glutamine) since the cost per bcaa gram is cheaper and don't gave to take 10 pills to get the same amount :) Now I'm wondering if I should be adding it to my water while working out instead of to my post workout shake...so much to learn ;)

  • Is anyone else in here following Lacey Marks? There is a huge group on FB just for LiveFit via Lacey Not everyone is on the same page, so I was glad to find this group :)
  • I've read so many reviews of LiveFit and the 2 things that are mentioned the most are 1. they wish they would have eaten more! aka build more muscle and 2. not done cardio until week 5 (eats your muscle!) Cardio is coming, stay away from it til week 5...if you can ;)

  • Hi! I'm new to the group but on week 3 day 17...tomorrow is "pick your own trouble area" day and well I just did triceps and will do abs friday so I'm just going to do legs! My hamstrings and glutes are still sore from monday! I'm following the meals 90%...thank goodness I love egg whites :|
  • I use Growing Naturals - Raw Whole Grain Brwon Rice Isolate protein. Love it! I have triedn Sun Warrior and am currently looking at Sprout Living Epic Protein but the Amino Acid profile is the best on Growing Naturals
