I'm 5'2" and my thighs are 23" right now (they were about 32" when I started, yes big ol' thighs ) I LOVE MY THIGHS lol working on buliding more muscle and burning more fat from them but love their size

This! I wish I wouldn't have lost my 1st 30lbs doing endless hours cardio while starving on a 1200 calorie diet These last 26lbs of recomping my body have made me so happy with my shape && I eat more than my husband somedays lol Still working on killing more fat by lifting heavy chit :P

This is my opinion so take it with a grain of salt At a glance your eating higher carbs (which isn't a bad thing for everyone! Do you lift?) but the majority look simple not complex your protein is low, I'd switch those 2 :) and give it 3-4 weeks

Ever Cyster is different. What works for 1 may not work for the other (we all don't have IR) I eat complex carbs (grains and veggies) and lift weights. lifting+reducing calorie intake+correct macros=no more noobs :bigsmile: Lifting would not make your man boobs worse if your nutrition was in check (aka losing fat), if you are eating at TDEE or above and lifting you are bulking, building muscle under fat=bigger noobs HTH

Keep in mind OP that when you do increase calorie intake your body will react...don't freak out if you feel a bit bloated or heavy it's just your body adjusting. Give it 4 weeks and increase slow (maybe 200-300+ a week) You should be eating closer to 2000 and still lsoing I am eating 200 cals under my TDEE and losing…
