Welcome! This site is AWESOME! I've never been more in 'tune' with my nutritional habits since joining here! I started with my Wii as well last summer. Don't do the Plyometrics DVD when your neighbor is home. Plyo is "jump training", and although Tony will say "...land like a cat. Just did Kenpo X for the first time in my life...what a BLAST! That was a FUN workout, and I kept in the "zone" for 40 minutes!! Worked out all of the soreness from lesg & back yesterday!!
