I normally do that in the summer. However, I only leave them in the freezer for about an hour. Anything more frozen than that becomes a chore. I love the sweetness without the huge amount of calories in ice cream. Only a small amount in the bags, so I don't over-do it. I thought I was the only one doing this:-)

I've about 9 weeks to get rid of 15- 20 lbs. I don't believe in crazy 3 day fad diets that work to lose and then gain it all back. If it looks real and I see real results, I stick with it until it's time to change it up. I'm very interested.

I saw that happened just when I thought I was getting somewhere. I think the trick is to trick our bodies. After doing the same workout routine and eating the same foods we seem to get results from, we need to change it up.
