I started a good diet and followed it to the "T" I had a nice pace going and now I stopped losing weight. I still a lot of body fat left and about 15 lbs to my goal. What has happened?

Sounds like you hit a plateau. Change up your exercise and diet, search through the forums on plateau topics and you'll find lots of ideas.0

Maybe you need to try muscle confusion in your work out? It is hard to lose the last of it. Salt? Fat? Maybe you should get a trainer? You are so close to your goal don't give up.0

you've hit a plateau! don't give up!
I don't know if you've been doing this or have tried this, but every week, I allow myself a 'cheat' day so as to allow my body to burn more calories than it has been all week... I make sure to not eat more than double my allowed calories for that day... it's just an idea/suggestion
Good luck! I hope you find out what to do to get that last bit off! :flowerforyou:0 -
I saw that happened just when I thought I was getting somewhere. I think the trick is to trick our bodies. After doing the same workout routine and eating the same foods we seem to get results from, we need to change it up. Just like when our body tells us to slow down or give us signs we are getting a cold, the plateau is a signal we have to listen to. We have to change it up. I'm pushing myself a little more now and hope the results keep getting better. Good luck!0
