I factor my calories ahead of time and as crazy as this sounds, I bring my own diet 7 up in my bag. I like whiskey (68 calories) with a Diet 7up OR I whip up a Skinny Girl martini. Yum!:happy:

Today is my first day back also. Looks like we are in the same boat. I plan my meals ahead of time and pack my lunch. My once every two week gym dates are now daily. (1/2 hour at lunch and 4 times a week for weights) Be kind to yourself...it is a journey.

Are you eating enough? Doesn't sound like it. I did this before also and my weight loss stalled and then I gained. Try to eat more...as crazy as that sounds.
