Enforced 7 days of no lushness. Have muscle spasm and trapped nerve in neck and meds prescribed meant I couldn't drink alcohol :'( mind you I have lost most of the week to being in a drug induced daze anyway! So eating crap and 10 days since I've been able be work out properly, it's all going to pot. Back to gym tomorrow…

Well I managed to stretch my bottle of wine over 2 nights. After a week of far too much chocolate and some alcohol I've rather amazingly lost 1cm off my waist. Not sure that would be a good long term strategy, but hey! I'm celebrating with a Jack Daniels

I've planned this week so badly. Decided to stay on 5/2 diet for now as it's working out for me but have ended up with a 600 calorie day on Friday. No end of the week celebratory drink, it feels so wrong :'( I think Saturday will involve beer.
