  • half your body weight in water??? There is such a thing as drinking tooo much water, it's called water toxicity, could lead to all sorts of electrolyte imbalances in your body. I would not advise to do this. it's dangerous.

  • well I am obviously against "true" starvation mode..UNHEALTHY...and very sad as true starvation mode has been in our history. It just seems like people over use the term on here a bit...
  • I like legitimate research in this, as I am trying to lose weight as well and I do not want to be misinformed. I can go either way in this topic.... I am just asking for people to point me in the direction of factual information.
  • Don't eat more calories, you are probably just at a plateau, keep at it and it will come off, maybe add some Cardio into your routine?
  • Nuts are great, they have healthy fats and you can add to salads, or put some trail mix in your purse snack on some throughout the day (almonds, dried fruit and dark chocolate chips) are a good mix. If you drink coffee-add regular milk and sugar (instead of fat-free and sweeteners). Add a few healthy snacks in between…
