My wife and I had our first child 9 months ago so I haven't had too much time to put into it, but when I was working it, it went really well. People are hungry for change and Beachbody has all the tools to get them there. I would love for you to be one of my coaches but honestly right now I am not doing as much as I should…

You can add me as well...never can have to many Beachbody friends! I love to help others :) Let me know if you have any questions.

I understand your comments and I think you are underestimating too many people. Just because someone does Beachbody videos doesn't mean they don't know anything about nutrition or working out. You have to understand the world we live in. A majority of America is obese and lazy so if any company can get someone to get off…

I definitely agree with you and I am that same way too. I made an exception with Beachbody just because so many people kept asking me about how I got my results that I decided it would be good for me. I am not one of these crazy people that try to recruit everyone in the world. The biggest part I love about it is setting…

Haha...I wasn't try to sell Shakeology. I definitely understand how some people run away with trying to sell the products on here but not all of us do that. And actually, I do care about the people I help. That is the only reason I got into being a coach was to help others achieve what I have. I was just stating a fact…

Man people are haters. Beachbody is a business and a good one at that. They are helping so many people get in the best shapes of their lives and all people can do is talk about their MLM. In the fitness area, MLM is a great way to get the word out about your products. They didn't start out that way until they realized that…

I will go ahead and get it out there that I am a coach, but I did want to say that Shakeology isn't meant to be a "Protein" shake. It has protein in it, but it is a meal replacement shake that contains many more vitamins and nutrients the a protein shake. So...you can't really compare the two. It is pricey, I will agree…

You said, "P90x lacks the high tension muscle stimulus required to preserve LBM in a deficit." Have you not seen the results??? I have gone from well over 20% body fat to 10% body fat currently (and should be down to 8% by the end of this round). If P90X lacks the high tension muscle stimulus then how did that happen for…

I hate to call anyone out but this is the exact opposite of the truth. First, you won't see great results early on. The program is designed where you will see the greatest improvements in the last phase. Second, it is by far one of the most efficient ways to get in shape. No time spent traveling to the gym, you work all of…

If you can handle it, go for it! Also, you should consider getting Insanity. I am doing a hybrid of P90X/Insanity and it is the best of both worlds. I get the lifting from P90X and the cardio from Insanity. Love it!

I don't "log" workout son here. I have a set amount of calories I hit every day and don't worry about logging the exercise, because if you log it throws of your main goal and its harder to add everything up. If you are doing the insanity workouts every day you don't need to worry about eating too much if you no where you…

Get both and you get the best of both worlds. I am doing a hybrid of P90X/Insanity which gives you the lifting days of P90X and the cardio of Insanity. I have done P90X, P90X2, and Insanity and combining them is definitely giving me the best results I have seen from all of them. If you would like the schedule I am…

You could try upping your calories a little and see how that goes. Are you on the fat shredder plan right now which is 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat? If you have any other questions feel free to message me and I will help you!
-
Message me and I can get you set up with the programs :)

Hey, I just wanted to give my input here. I am a Beachbody Coach and have learned a whole lot through my journey. Don' worry about getting too muscular with these programs. As long as you stick to relatively light weights and high reps you won't become huge. P90X is good for building muscle which in the end will help you…

Hey, I just wanted to give my input here. I am a Beachbody Coach and have learned a whole lot through my journey. If you want to lose the most fat possibly, I would suggest switching to the Classic program. With the classic program, you will be adding a little more weight training which will help you build muscle. By…

I am doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid right now. It is definitely the best of both worlds. You get the lifting days of P90X and the intense cardio of Insanity :) If you would like to hear more about my schedule, add me and I will fill you in!

I don't know if you have heard of Beachbody's shakeology or not, but one shake a day contains all of your daily vitamins and nutrients that you get from veggies and the best part is it taste great! Just an option :) Let me know if you would like more information on it.

I am a coach and will be starting a challenge group on the 28th if any of you that are doing insanity or p90x or interested. We have seen great results in the past so only join me if you are serious about getting in the best shape of your life :) I am doing a p90x/insanity hybrid right now because I believe it is the best…

You will not lose weight as fast on the 40/40/20 plan. 50/30/20 is the best for losing the fat. That is 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. If you have any more questions about it, message me and I can help you out!
-
I have done P90X, P90X2, and Insanity and I love them all. P90X2 is much different than P90X but in a good way. You will work muscles that you never knew you had haha! I am coach so if you have any questions about the programs or you nutrition, add me and I will help you out!
-
I am excited that you want to be apart of the group. The first step in succeeding is deciding and it seems like you have done that. Now all you have to do is commit to it and you will see success. I promise!

I always tell people to do P90X classic because it is the best of all the programs. Here is why. Lean isn't quite enough to get the best results. You need the extra lifting that is in the classic to build muscle and help melt away the fat. You don't have to do heavy weights. The doubles is too much....you body doesn't have…
-
I agree...switch to the Classic program. It is the best! It helps you gain more muscle which in the end helps burn off all that goo :)

I have done a round of P90X, P90X2, and now am doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid and love the results. I have gone from 190lbs to 167lbs and from over 20% body fat to 12%. My goal for this next round is to get down to 8%. I love the programs so much that I became a coach to help others out on their journey so if you want to add…
