I think the exercise challenge will be easy :) I'm a big fan of gym classes (body attack, body combat and pump) I like going on Saturday and Sunday mornings it's a real kick for the weekend! My challenge for this month especially is to stop eating chocolate. Developed a sweet tooth after having my daughter 5 months ago!

My main motivation is for my daughter, she's 5 months and although I was big before having her I feel like I have more of a reason to stop making excuses... I was aleady bigger before I had bubs but I actually t less now than before I had her. ! :) Have lost 24 kilos so far but need a it more support I think have done that bit alone!
