I will go for a 5 mile run in the morning and I have already logged in the foods I plan to eat, so I know pretty much what the caloric intake will be, but I don't plan on skimping that day. It also helps to plan the rest of my week.

Thanks for the responses. I can say it is not due to monthly hormonal fluctuations ~ that was last week. I have not started any new exercise programs but I did run a few miles more than I normally do. Over the course of the week, my sodium intake is around goal but was higher the last few days.
