ok so its been 2 weeks and i made the following changes : 1.upped my calories to maintenance mode around 1500 ( iam 5ft2 and 118 lb ) 2.started taking a vitamin supplement 3.drinking 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday 4.at least eat 2-3 serving of fruit everyday the problem is i dont see any changes in how i look :( my skin…

thanks everyone :) and i have had dark circles since i was a kid...but they've become very prominent in these last 4 months !! i am thinking of trying a few home remedies as well...!!

well i've always had a really small face !! and now with weight loss it has that hollow look :( yeah i have already started eating more !! the problem is my papers have started and i am not getting the time to exercise !! i'll start eating more water and thanksss :)

thank u so much for replying :) Ok so what you're saying is that i increase my calorie intake to 1400 calories right??? and if i'm burning 100 calories i shouldn't record it. do i get to eat the calories i burn if someday i exercise more than usual ???

okay so i am 5ft 2in and currently 59 kg i want to go to 45 kg. I am a student and don't get the time to exercise i burn around 100 calories twice a week. At 45kg I calculated my bmr + activity to be 1699 (16 hrs light activity and 8 hrs rest). i am currently consuming 1200 cal or less every day, are you saying i should…
