Then do it! After all it IS your birthday. Track it and move on. One day is not gonna kill you. If you deprive yourself, you will fail. Sometimes, you just have to DO IT! I would but that's me. lol Oh and happy birthday. Hope you have a super duper day. :P

Your healthy weight range is 124 to 155 lbs. If you're above your healthy weight range, losing weight could decrease your risk for many serious health problems, and can also contribute to higher energy and other day-to-day benefits. Weight Watchers can help you reach a healthy weight — and stay there. However, if you’ve…

So chicken and tuna aren't considered animals these days? lol Not trying to rain on your parade. I find that most people who just "decide" to be vegetarians aren't very good at it. But it sure won't hurt you to try. Veggies are very healthy. You can still get protein from other sources than meat. Good luck to you. I know…

Oh Ya! I completely forgot about the summer rolls. Veggies and shrimp wrapped in rice paper like an egg roll but not fried. OMG! Thanks now I want Vietnamese food. lol You should also take a measuring cup with you if you can and ask for an extra plate if you order rice. Just to make sure you calculate your portion…

The Beef salad is good. So is most of the soups. High in sodium though. I like to get the bowls that have lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts, carrots and a protein (I like the pork or shrimp). It's usually served with a liquid substance to pour over it (maybe fish sauce but not sure). Add some chili sauce mix and enjoy. I…

You're welcom! :)

I love the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers and the Chef Inspired ones are really good. I also like the Lean Cuisine steamer bags too. I have also tried the Smart Ones steamer bags and they are good but I don't think as good as the LC.

I ended up at Walmart. Got a microwavable soup bowl. Campbells Vegetable Beef and a box of Special K Multi-Grain Crackers. Washing all the sodium away with green tea. lol

I know for a fact that wasn't from Weight Watchers. Sounds like she misinterppreted the rules of the program. lol

Having the same delima. Except I can't walk anywhere cuz I work too far out. Gonna have to drive into town. Thought about Subway or a salad from somewhere else or stopping in at thte store. I weigh in at the gym today too so don't want anything heavy. lol. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for the next half hour. :)

Ok....here are MY suggestions. I'm not here to criticize you cuz I know how hard it is. Especially when you are just starting out and have NO idea where to even begin. I used to be on Weight Watchers (which you might be interested in by the way). They taught me how to eat healthy and make healthier choices. They also…

I'm 38 yrs old 5'6" and 171lbs. I have my MFP set for 1lb a week but put in that I am sedentary (I hav a desk job) and didn't add that I do any exercise because I don't want those calories already accounted for. MFP put my calories at 1340. Then when I workout my added calories are accurate and I knw what I should be…

When I go to taco bueno I get the chicken taco salad without the shell and tortilla soup. Yum

I don't own a HRM. I have been looking into it though. I'm really not sure of the calories MFP gives for exercises. They seem high but IDK. Looking into a body media. My turbo kick instructor has one and loves it.

I don't normally. And I don't always clean everyday. But I didn't go to the gym today so that I could actually clean. I feel you're burning calories if you're moving. And I was moving. A LOT. Lol. If I hadn't swept, mopped and vacuumed I probably wouldn't have logged it. I have a pretty big house so there's a lot if tile…
-
I decided to add it but only logged 1.5 hours instead of the full 2.5 hours. I feel wired about logging house cleaning as an exercise. Lol

Go to the Message Boards main page and there is a button that says "New Topic" or something like that on the right hand side. Click on it and start your post.

I did WW about 5 years ago and lost 70 lbs. It's a good program. Teaches you how to choose healthy foods. Example would be it would cost you a lot of your daily points to eat a candy bar when you could make a healthier choice for less points if any at all. I had to choose between WW and a gym membership so I chose the gym…

It looks interesting. I called a doc here that does it and its about $2500. If I do something like this it won't be for quite some time. lol

OMG! This just totally made me LOL. And I understand your comment cuz I was just on the corn thread. lol

As a teenager I was always thin. Size 0-3 thin. Got married and had a baby at 20. Gained a little but was still at a nice weight. Got pregnant and had another baby at 24. Guess I was hovering around the 150 mark. My now ex husband always had a comment about my butt size. Divorced him and remarried at age 26. Our new…

Thank you all. It is really hard for me to wrap my head around eating my excercise calories. I know I should. It's a mental thing I think. I know many of you mentioned the processed food thing. Believe me if I could get away with it I wouldn't eat so much of it. But the truth of the matter is, I have 2 twin 4 year olds…

I've been on MFP since October. With holidays and our anniversary trip in December my weight was yucky. I got really serious about it in January when I joined the gym. I weight train as well as take Zumba and Turbo Kick classes. I'm doing a 90 day challenge at the moment. I will say that the 6 lbs that I show to have lost…

Me either. It's very aggrevating.

Ok...I see you suggest patience. That's good. But then I notice you have link for "Rapid Weight Loss". Stating that a couple of clients lost 20-25 lbs in 3-4 days? WHAT? And that's healthy? ok

I do a Turbo Kick at our gym. I'm assuming it's very similar. I love it!
