Papa Murphy's Delight Pizza's or you can make your own with the Low Carb Tortillas or Flatout wraps. Or just take a day and eat your pizza. You shouldn't deprive yourself of anything otherwise you will be setting yourself up for failure. Just eat in moderation. :)

I'm sure that McD's just bought ad space. I don't think MFP is actually promoting it. They have to sale ad space to keep this site free for us to use. Money is money.

I agree. Google the NI before you go if you can. We eat out A LOT! lol I find that Jason's Deli has some really good selections as well as McCallister's Deli and Subway. You have to really watch the sandwich places. They were ordering pizza up here at work from Domino's Pizza and so I looked up their menu to see if they…

I typically either have a protien shake and grab a packet of lower sugar oatmeal and take it to work with me. Or grab a piece of fruit and take a yogurt for later. I have done the PB Toast as well. I found a recipe earlier on here that sounds really good and you can make it once and have some for th rest of the week. Here:…

Continue to eat healthy and exercise. It's not only good for you but for your child as well should you find yourself in that situation. Don't stress over it. You can do this AND be pregnant too. You will want to eat healthy anyway while you are pregnant so just do it. If you lose some while you are at it, great. Typically…

Thank you

I know you didn't have a choice at the time but when you do have a choice, choose Miracle Noodles or even spaghetti squash in place of the pasta.
-
frozen fruit (grapes) or any raw veggie. Sugar free jello or maybe even an ice cold glass of water.
-
sugar free gun or hard candy such as the crystal light candies
-
Today was 2 poached eggs, fruit and an english muffin. Typically though it's a protein shake and either oatmeal, fruit or a yogurt.
-
I just had a WW Chocolate Brownie for 130 calories. It was really yummy. But yogurts and fruits and jellos may be you best options depending on how many calories you are willing to spend. You can also by you some sugar free hard candies to suck on too. Like the crystal light ones.

Unless you are concerned with sodium, I don't see a problem with them. I eat them all the time. I like the Lean Cuisine Stem Bags and the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers. I do eat some of the WW meals as well. There are no restaraunts anywhere around where I work unless I want to drive about 5 to 10 miles out so I pretty much…

I use Dymatize ISO-100 protein powder. The chocolate is very good and it's only 106 calories with 24g of protein per scoop.

I finally freaking understand about eating your exercise calories now. UGH! All I have ever heard was to eat them. Never an explanation as to WHY? Thank you. I have an AHA moment. lol
-
Never heard of Cutting Gel. Sounds sticky. lol
-
Ok...thank you so much. I was doing a protein shake in the mornings but not eating. Maybe I'll add it back in along with my oatmeal. :) I don't usually have a problem getting in the protein. Or much of anything else seeing as I am overweight. lol It's the not going over that I will struggle with. lol

Feel free to look at my diary and give me any hints as to what I could be doing differently too. lol I'm sure there is a lot. lol And thank you so much for your help by the way.

Weight - 169 Height - 5'6" BF% - 42.93 Calorie Goal - 1340 So you think my caloric goal is ok at 1340 but maybe change my protein to 30% Carbs to like 45% and Fat to 25%?
-
Of course the 50% carbs being good carbs.
-
This makes my head hurt. lol So I only need about 25% protein?? What about carbs and fat? Should I change my goals to 25/50/25?? UGH!!!
-
If I calculated it right my BF % is 42.93. Now....how do I calculate the lean muscle mass?
-
Is that supposed to be body fat or body fast %? I am assuming fat cuz I've never heard of body fast. lol But really need to clarify.
-
I read something about if you wanted to lose you should eat 500 calories under your BMR and to maintain 250 over. Thoughts?
-
lol...we have a literature major on our hands :)
-
Ok...so my BMR is 1465. MFP has me at 1340 calories a day. My goals are preset by MFP to 55/15/30. I am 5'6 and weigh 169. I would love to lose about 35 more lbs. I tend to do weight training 3 times a week with a little cardio added in when I get a chance (I'm a very busy working mom with twin 3 yr olds and a husband that…
-
Hmmmm.....I wish I understood this better. I weigh 169 and am 5'6 and MFP has me at 1340 calories. Sorry, wish I was of some help but I don't understand how I could have more calories than you.

I would totally NOT use Alli. My husband is a pharmacist and told me the mast common reported side effect is anal leakage. Ewe! No thanks. Lol

I'm not 100% sure it works. I really don't know how to tell. lol I take it with 2 meals a day. I eat healthy and exercise at least 3 times a week too. So with a combination of everything I feel SOMETHING is working. lol

I have actually just found a Natural Fat Burner that I like. I've only been taking it for a couple of days though and I feel that I have more energy without the rush and it seems to curb my appitite. It's made by applied nutrition and it's actually called Natural Fat Burner. I also take a carb blocker as suggested by my…
